Adriane Robinson became COO for CareSpan Integrated Networks in 2021, leading the efforts of company internal operations while aligning corporate strategies with changing health care regulation and reimbursement strategies. Her diverse nursing/business career as an innovative and multifaceted health care executive has focused on redesign in healthcare systems, hospitals, long term care, and community settings. Applying her expertise in clinical design and integration, operations, and regulatory compliance, Adriane enhances network members and corporate initiatives with successful operations, while enhancing clinical service quality and business performance.
Prior to joining CSIN, Adriane served as a Founder and Chief Clinical Design Officer of Medically Home; a Hospital-At-Home Program. She also developed innovative program payment models for commercial payers and ACOs. She presented to CMS on the benefits of complex care in the home and the importance of multi-disciplinary teams for the reduction of medical costs and improved outcomes. Previous experience also included VP of Clinical Services and Strategy for Amedisys, the nations largest home health, hospice and personal care service organization.
Throughout her career, Adriane has been on the forefront of clinical design and technology systems to enable the delivery of care to complex patients in the home. She has built and implemented many programs designed to increase care access to the underserved and clinically vulnerable patients. She has overseen the design, development, and implementation of numerous EMRs and has initiated several strategies related to telemedicine. She designed standardized nursing protocols, including the implementation of HIPPA compliant strategies for long-term-care, community, hospice, and home care programs in preparation for the advent of PPS payments. Her passion is to maximize patients’ outcomes and quality of life for them and their families, is the driving force behind her unique ability to deliver successful solutions to complex health situations.
